I purchased the Ranger in March 2019, it went in for repairs May of 2019, with only 4,500 miles on it (it is now September) I still don't have my truck. The SYNC screen would go blank, the backup camera would turn on while driving, the touch screen quit working, the seat belt warning lights would turn on when no one is sitting in the seats and not warn me if someone did not have their seat belt on. I went through the whole buy back process and Ford gave me an offer that was far less (-$10,000) than the negative equity I had in the previous vehicle, Ford basically told me I need to write them a check for almost $10,000 so the buy back is complete, so, basically they charged me for diminished value and are not willing to compensate me for payments I had made while the vehicle at the dealer, this is the third new Ford I purchased in the last 2 years and I promise you, I will NEVER again purchase a new Ford!!!!!!!ā¦

This is my third Ranger and by far the best of the three . The ride is Quiet and smooth . I was concerned about the four cylinder having enough power and acceleration , It has plenty in both departments . Handling like a sports car is why I went Ranger instead of F-150 . I am very pleased with the truck and the price I paid . The remaining question is trouble free longevity that only time will tell .ā¦

Okay, this is a very nice midsize truck, I had a 2017 Tacoma sr5 and this xlt
beats it in every way from the ride to the engine and its power to the transmission not hunting all the time plus more standard high tech options
my sr5 never had and the bed is not plastic it is steel with 6 tie downs.
Going up hill it holds speed and did not shift from Ontario to Nampa at 75 per
unlike my full-size ram, Jeep and the Tacoma.
The ride is the best between the 4 of my vehicles I own and have owned.ā¦
